Lori Ann Fisher age 55 passed away peacefully at the University of Maryland Medical Center on Saturday, August 11th, 2018.

She was born on August 18, 1962 in Fall River to William Rushton and Rose (Moisan) Rushton. She was a graduate of Somerset High School. She worked as a CNA for many years, and had a passion for caring for the elderly. Lori had an uncanny ability for making people laugh, and she was a fierce protector of her family. She also loved animals, especially her two Pugs Dallas and Rocky.

Besides her parents she is survived by her daughter Melissa Mendes of Warren, her husband Todd Fisher of Maryland, Step Mother Lorraine Rushton of No. Attleboro, sisters Dawn Givens of No. Smithfield and Michele Ramos of Attleboro. Brothers James Rushton of Dartmouth, Donald Rushton of California, Stephen Rushton of Pennsylvania, and Robert Ramos of Berkeley.

She was the sister of the late Richard Rushton.

She is survived by many nieces and nephews.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday September 22, 2018 at 1:00 pm in the SMITH FUNERAL , MEMORIAL and CREMATION SERVICES, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, RI.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
