Obituary for Robert J. "Bob" Oliveira
Warren - Robert J. " Bob" Oliveira, 83, of Warren died Thursday August 2, 2018 at Hope Hospice.
He was the husband of Deborah ( Hunt) Oliveira, they were married for over 42 years.
Bob was born in Warren , a son of the late Jesse and Mary ( Pimental) Oliveira.
He was a US Navy Veteran.
Bob was a mechanic for Crellin Handling Equipment Co., for many years.
Mr. Oliveira, was a Warren resident all of his life, and was a founding member of the Touisset Fire Dept. in Warren and he was a Warren Town Council Member from November 1984-November 1986.
Bob was an avid hunter.
He also liked the Boston Red Sox ,New England Patriots, and Stock Car Racing.
Besides his wife he is survived by his sons James Oliveira and his wife Kristi of Barrington, Robert J. Oliveira, Jr. of Riverside, Step Son Jake White and his wife Mindy of Barrington, his daughter Lynn Lima and her husband Tony of Seekonk.
Bob was the grandfather of Evan, Crystal, Sean and Jesse. He was also the step grandfather of Abigail, Declan, Cooper and Eden.
He was the Great grandfather of Silas.
Bob was the step father of the late Christopher White.
Services are private.
