Condolence: Lou, Fran, and the entire family meant a great deal to me. The years I spent working with Lou at Communications School provided the foundation I needed to complete my career in the Navy. He and Fran invited me into their family circle as more than just a close friend. I will miss him always but rejoice in knowing he and Fran are in each others arms again.
