The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Louis Boughton can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Lou, Fran, and the entire family meant a great deal to me. The years I spent working with Lou at Communications School provided the foundation I needed to complete my career in the Navy. He and Fran invited me into their family circle as more than just a close friend. I will miss him always but rejoice in knowing he and Fran are in each others arms again.

Condolence: I as very sorry about the passing of Uncle Lou. I am so happy that I had the opportunity to meet him and spend a few weeks in Bristol with Uncle Lou and Aunt Frania and to get to know the family. It was obvious to me that he was a great father and a great provider. Rest in peace, I am sure Aunt Frania has been waiting for you in heaven. Sail away.
