Florence Irene (Lapage) Alves, age 96, of Warren, died Sunday, December 11, 2011, at home. Wife of the late Diamantino Alves. She was the daughter of the late Louis and Almanda (Poelquin) Lapage. She was employed by Crown Fastener. Mother of Franklin and Diamond Alves both of Warren and Lorraine Christoun of Bristol. Mother of the late Louis and Anthony Alves. Grandmother of nine, Great Grandmother of six. Arrangements are with Smith Funeral & Memorial Services, 8 Schoolhouse Road, Warren, where family will receive friends from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM Thursday, December 15.
